Really great place to get GF salads. Everything's labeled here, and they also have a great assortment of GF pastries. However, I'd be skeptical about ordering a sandwich on their GF bread. The staff member I talked to had very little regard for my allergy. Did not make me feel comfortable.
Don’t let the name fool you- this place is a great cafeteria style made to order sandwich and salad restaurant with a coffee and baked goods area too as well as some market items including chips, granola, gf pancake mix, and some Nashville delicacies. The sandwiches were great, especially the Mediterranean chicken with fresh mozzarella and duck confit. I think it’s celiac friendly but not certain.
They do not make any attempt to avoid cross contamination. They do have gf rolls, but what good is that when they slice and prepare the sandwiches on the same surface as the non-gf breads? They don't have much space to work with so getting a clean space wasn't going to happen. I wasn't about to trust their sandwiches or even their salads based on what I saw and the answers I received to my cross contamination questions.
