Review of CDT Cocina

Casa de Tamales is a fully gluten free facility. I have celiac and this was the first dedicated gluten free kitchen I have found in Fresno. Staff is completely understanding, friendly, knowledgable, and don't give you that weird other places do, like they have never herd of gluten free! And to top it off, the food is great! There chicken salad is amazing and our favorite. Plus there hibiscus tea is the best! I highly recommend this place not only for celiac's, gluten sensitives, but any one who enjoys home cook style food!
