I have eaten at Celedon 4 times. Each time, they take Celiac disease VERY seriously- as long as you let them know. There is no dedicated gluten free menu, but they will make you almost anything on the current menu gluten free, if it isn't already. I have never got sick here, which is awesome considering how many other restaurants in Napa have glutened me. The only thing that was kind of a bummer was one time my partner and I both got the burrata special, which comes with fresh baked bread. For the gluten free version, they just didn't give me any bread.
There is NO GF menu. They said they could help me with GF options. On regular menu it indicated they could substitute GF pasta for regular pasta. Waitress suggested all eggs dishes were GF. I ordered an omelette. Very, very good. Then I was sick. I suspect there was cross contamination. I’m thinking I needed to drill down ever more to find out HOW they cook things.
