Good knowledge of cross contamination, etc. Don’t always have replacement for Gluten items but overall a good option!

Super disappointed with our most recent experience here. Centonove used to be our go to for dinner because it was absolutely delicious and they took celiac very seriously. They apparently have a new chef and when we got our takeout pizza home the crust looked so raw we were afraid to eat it. We also ordered a gf pasta dish, but only my gluten eating fiance ate it because I was too nervous based on this change in quality. Sure enough there was a large piece of gluten filled pasta mixed into the dish. Major cross contact issue that definitely would have made me sick!

Longtime customer of Centonove. They hired a new chef this spring. They used to have the best gf Pizza in the world. Severe celiac, never got sick. This round the pizza was raw and doughy. We sent it back and they just took the pizza and put it back in the oven. It came back really bad then I got contaminated. Was really bummed with the experience. I hope they pull it together.

Honestly the best gluten free pizza I have had so far. The crust was thin and crispy and tasted totally normal, none of the usual gluten-free grittiness.
My partner ordered an entree which the server informed us was also gluten free so that was great. The bread they brought to the table was just normal Udis bread which was strange. The waitress told us they recently switched from a gluten free baguette to the gluten free sandwich bread so for now I’d skip the bread. Otherwise the food was delicious and I did not get sick at all.

One of the best gf pizzas I have ever had! Their crust has a chewy texture that you won’t find in most gf pizzas. The staff was knowledgeable about celiacs/gluten allergies. They took precautions to prevent cross contamination. I enjoyed my meal and did not get sick!
I also tried their pasta. Skip the pasta and go for the pizza! The pasta was very underwhelming and overpriced for what it is. You can definitely make a yummier pasta at home.

Amazing place. Their pizza crust was so good and different from most GF pizza crust texture - and their pasta - that my husband said it’s better (GF) than most gluteny food he ever eats! (High praise from him).
Try the bianca pizza :) and we also did the pappardelle GF.

One of my favorite places. Great pizza, pasta, salads. Almost everything can be made gluten free (and free of cross contamination). Very safe.
Nice ambiance too! Rustic brick walls and open kitchen.

AMAZING gluten free pizza crust. We also had the meat and cheese starter, fresh strawberry sorbet, and gluten free chocolate cake. All delicious! We will definite be back.

Very accommodating staff. Pizza crust was one of the best gluten free crusts I’ve had (it actually had a rise to it thank god!) The pasta was good. And beat salad to die for

Staff was extremely nice. The Beet salad was excellent. They had gluten free bread which was delicious. The gluten free pizza was very good and it was good for my son who had celiac.
