They have waffle cones labeled as gluten free, but when I asked if they were made on shared equipment, the staff confirmed they are, and the waffle irons are not cleaned between batches. I opted for a cup, assuming that would be safer.
Gelato and sorbeto flavors are labeled for allergens, and most don't overtly contain gluten. However, although the owner later said that they should have, the server for my order didn't use a clean scoop, and didn't scoop from an untouched part of the tray. I think there was likely contamination in the sorbeto itself, too, since I'm not strongly reactive but still had significant symptoms the days following.
I'll bring my kids again, but I don't think I'll be getting anything for myself in the future. Pity, because it's very tasty, but I don't like the after effects.
I'm giving a one-start overall rating because this is an app for gluten-free folks, and I wouldn't recommend it if you have to avoid all gluten. Without that, it would be fine.

Most of the gelato flavors are GF and the menu is clearly marked for allergens. Only a few options had gluten, and each gelato tub has its own scooper so this should reduce chances for cross-contamination. It was really tasty and portions were generous!
For dairy-free folks: there were a few sorbetto flavors, but not a ton of options.

Put cones in holder shared with gluten cones, didn’t change gloves or clean scoop (though I didn’t ask). Have to wonder if the gluten free cones are truly gluten free; haven’t gotten this sick since I ate gluten knowingly several years ago.
Food was delicious, many choices (but not really if you get sick eating them...).

Gelatos are marked if they contain gluten and most do not. Server was knowledgeable about which flavors contained gluten(and nuts and dairy), but not too knowledgeable about cross contamination. Gelato was delicious and fairly reasonably priced. No GF cones, but several choices in cup sizes. I got the regular which was 2 big scoops and it was around $5.50. Many unique flavors! Definitely satisfied my gelato craving. A different server and this could easily be a Celiac safe place. Definitely worth popping in.
