Undoubtedly one of the best places I've ever eaten at. The whole restaurant is farm to table and they grow most of their veggies in-house. 98% of the menu is naturally gluten free, and everything is delicious. I came to Savannah for a week vacation and we ate here twice because it was so good!
Most of the menu is naturally gluten free. My food was absolutely amazing! The best meal I've had in Savannah. We couldn't have the rolls, so the chef made us a special vegetable and hummus plate. Very thoughtful and knowledgeable staff. We will definitely be coming back. It's a bit pricey, but so worth it!!
My friends and I had a great time at Cha Bella. The food is fresh and delicious and they make the most amazing fresh fruit drinks at the bar. After dinner we sat outside on the patio and watched movies on the wall as we sipped our drinks and chatted, put this on your short list of places to try in Savannah!
One of the best places I've eaten. they stayed open late for us. The food was a bit pricey for the portion size but the taste was well worth it. 95% of the menu was gluten free and all local sourced :)
Menu was clearly marked with which items were gluten free. Waitress was very knowledgeable as to what was in each dish. Best part is that the food was absolutely delicious!!
Amazing food, wonderful atmosphere. Everyone was wonderful and knowledgeable. About GF! What a great find!
Staff very knowledgable and friendly. Food good but pork was not tender, my only complaint.
Cha Bella is one of my very favorite restaurants ever. I live in Jacksonville,FL but make a special point of detouring to get dinner when returning from road trips to Raleigh and Atlanta (which is 1-2 times per month). Basically everything on the menu except the pasta is naturally GF or easily modified to be GF. The general manager told me he thinks 95% of the menu is GF. The menu is seasonal, locally sourced and organic. The standard flatbread served to everyone is GF - and quite tasty. Usually bread is brought to the table, but for GF patrons the chef will provide broken pieces of plain GF flatbread with honey butter. Be sure to ask about the soup of the day - many are gluten free. Last night it was a perfect seafood chowder. We were also told that the goat cheese cheesecake and Key lime pie are GF - one has an oatmeal crust and the other has a pecan crust. Totally worth a special trip just to eat here. In nice weather, sit on the patio.
