Mayan-Mexican cuisine, which is usually (but not always) inherently GF. The food here is very very good! However, there are not indications of what is GF on the menu (always ask to be sure) and they do not control for cross-contamination.
If making a reservation ahead of time, exactly no one is reading the note regarding dietary restrictions if you leave one. This last time I was there, I asked for *multiple* dishes “does this contain wheat/gluten as I cannot eat it” and our waiter knew the answer each time. However, he still brought spoons for everyone at the table for a single dessert ordered that was Not GF. Apparently the dessert was amazing- glad I asked before taking a bite.
Five stars for the food and how much of the menu is GF, but 2 stars for accommodating gluten concerns.

If super sensitive/celiac, don’t trust this place.
If NCGS and can tolerate some risk, definitely worth a date night.
