GF items labeled on the menu. GF bun is great with the carolina pork or burger. We eat here all the time and have not had any issues!
Chad's has the best gluten-free bread I've encountered. I ask for the Italian hoagie on the gluten-free bread and it does not disappoint! Margaritas are gluten -free too :)
Extremely friendly place with excellent service and clearly marked GF options. The GF bun was a seeded bun with a good flavor but didn’t hold up to the Carolina style BBQ. The BBQ was too spicy for my taste but was juicy and flavorful. A number of other GF options were available including GF meatloaf.

Alabama Chicken with GF white sauce, collard greens and salt potatoes were all delicious.
They have two gluten-free beers and gluten free buns for the sandwiches. They only have one kitchen, so it's something to be aware of for severe celiac.
