I felt "celiac safe" as I was told 2 of the owners daughters are celiac. Our waitress was celiac as well. I did love my gluten free lemon poppyseed muffins. They came out hot and didn't taste fake. The waitress noticed right away that my eggs were not cooked to my liking and remedied the situation without me asking.
I asked about the celiac safety of their pies and was told that they bake them at separate times and clean between baking. She also said they use a separate convection oven for gluten free.
