There is gluten free crust but they have to make the pizza in the back to avoid cross contamination. It does take an extra 15-20 minutes and staff did not seem willing, though able, to make modifications.
Went with a salad due to time and lack of confidence in the staff.
If you have a severe allergy or celiac I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I’ve eaten here five or six times and been sick about half of the time. It tastes really good which is why I keep going back, but there is cross contamination somewhere. As others have said, sometimes they build it in the back. But only one oven and as far as I can tell they do not have a segregated cooking surface or paddle

I eat here at least once a week and have never had an issue. They ask if it's a preference or an allergy and make it in the back for you!

Not super impressed with Char. They did have a gluten free pizza, and they did ask if it was for an allergy. I said allergy, and the girl kinda rolled her eyes, but did bring out a fresh GF crust on a new baking pan. Then she proceeded to take sauce from the same dish as the gluten crusts with the same spoon and rub sauce into the crust.... total cross contamination issue. If you are not celiacs, and can handle a little cross contamination you might be okay. But honestly, the pizza wasn’t very tasty and probably not worth the risk.

Amazing salads and gluten free pizza was perfect, and pretty big! Ask for it to be well done so the cheese isn't undercooked... Lots of food for one, service is fast and professional, and the atmosphere is friendly.
Really yummy gluten free pizza and the salad I had was delicious!
