Great food. Plenty of options. I just wish they offered gluten-free buns/bread. You can order sandwiches and burgers without these to make them GF, but you can do that pretty much anywhere. They do have good GF chili, salads, apps, flourless choc cake and entree items though.
In my experience, always a good selection/variety of gluten free options. Their BBQ pulled pork sandwhich is one of my go-to's. My sister has intense celiac disease, and she has not had a problem eating there.

They have a GF menu but do not practice precautions and cook pushed condiments off as GF that are not. Has no idea what contamination is. If you NEED FF do not waste your time. And bathrooms leave a lot to be desired
Went for Sunday brunch. Generous selection of breakfast staples like eggs, bacon, sausage, good fruits. i didn't get or request anything that wasn't naturally or usually gf, but was very satisfied. I didn't order off the menu...
I had a petite filet, Grilled chicken breast, baked potato, Ranch beans, and salad. It was delicious and safe! The server triple checked with the kitchen to make sure it was gluten free.
The staff is not knowledgeable. I ordered a gluten free sandwich and told them no bun. I told them it was for a gluten allergy, not just a preference. They brought it on a bun. I told them I needed it remade since it touched the bun. They did it, but we're very unhappy about it and I didn't get my food til everyone else at my table had finished their entire meal.
While the food tastes okay, I could tell before I even got home that I was sick. When I told the waiter and hostess that I have celiac disease, they just stared at me. Definitely not safe
The staff was perfectly friendly about accommodating requests and checking ingredients, however their selection of gluten free items is very limited. All meat is cooked on a grill where marinades with wheat are used. Nacho chips are fried in shared fryer. I settled on a Cobb salad with no blue cheese, rotisserie chicken, and oil / vinegar.
clueless. Explained to the waitress that I was Celiac, just got a dumb stare. So I explained. Ordered the Chicken Cordon Bleu labeled GF. Waitress delivered hot bread with my salad. Again explained about GF. Chicken came out and it was a chicken breast with a slice of ham on top, topped by a cheese sauce. Had manager double check to make sure it was GF. Ate about half, could not do the rest. My husband said he meal was good, but he did not order GF.
Update: 2-21-2016: I have eaten at the Plover location many times since 2013. For the past two years I eat there almost weekly because I group I'm in has weekly meetings there.
There are many items that are Gluten Free and let your server know that you are Gluten Free.
** Gluten Free buns here, I just don't eat them.
** GF Pizza which is awesome.
** I love the Rotisserie Chicken & Bruschetta Chicken dinners.
My niece and I have had the GF Pizza many times. There are many excellent choices on the menu.
Would recommend to others that eat Gluten Free. I have had Celiac Disease since 2013. They do have a GF menu online to see.
They have what they call a gf menu but nothing on it is100% except for their chili. There 100% chance of contamination because everything is made in the same space and fried in common friers. They do serve Udi's bread for sandwiches. Plus, my waitress wasn't very knowledgeable about gf. I'd say go at your own risk. I liked what I had which was a Cowboy Sandwich but I ate no fries or any or sides.
