on the main menu, food is labeled if it is GF (or other food restrictions). drinks are not labeled, but the staff is knowledgeable and will find out if it is for you.

not sure if i would trust the pre-made candies, just because they could be contaminated, but if you are not very sensitive, some of them would probably be okay.

i’ve only been once, and i ordered an iced matcha latte with whole milk and a salad (i don’t remember which one). when they gave me my drink, they said something along the lines of “matcha with oat milk.” i generally don’t trust oat milks. mistakes happen, and they were happy to remake it with whole milk. i’m just glad the server announced it

GF Avocado toast us our favorite. The bread is from a specialty baker and is wonderful.

Their general menu has gluten free options labeled on it. Their overnight oats are amazing and they use Bob’s Red Mill GF oats, their coffees are great as well. For lunch I have had the chicken salad. It is amazing. It’s chicken salad on a salad with an amazing balsamic. They have gluten free bread for sandwiches. I have been here 7+ times and have not gotten sick. I tell them I have an allergy and they change their gloves.
