Zero knowledge about cross contamination, bread sits right above all the vegetables. Will assure you it’s gluten free, don’t trust
Gluten allergy, not Celiac. I ordered the GF French toast, eggs, and bacon. The staff were very knowledgeable and told me they would swap gloves and it looked like they cooked my French toast on a separate griddle. The French toast was fluffy, moist, and roughly the same size as the regular French toast that my wife got. Would eat again!
We ordered a gluten free grilled sandwich. It was prepared separately from the other sandwiches and grilled in a different pan.

I ate breakfast here many times and i never got symptoms. I always ordered a sandwich just make sure to order it cold to avoid crosscontamination.
though many things on the menu contain gluten, they have delicious gluten free French toast with strawberries and powdered sugar! they were very knowledgeable about celiac and made sure to cook on separate surfaces
The staff was very knowledgeable about celiac. The woman there made sure to fix my French toast in a pan that only eggs had been cooked in since the cooktop had been contaminated. The French toast was fantastic and I didn’t get sick.

You can have breakfast all day, good refillable coffee and feel like you entered a time machine. For the best experience come early as they are just opening up. An L.A.
