They have a gluten free menu. This was my second time eating there and it will be my last. The first time I had no issues, but this time I got sick. I stressed that I have Celiac and am very sensitive to gluten. The server was very friendly and made me feel comfortable, but it's not worth it to try again, after the way I felt for 3 days. I got the blackened Mahi with asparagus and was told it was baked in the oven in a separate pan. Maybe the jersey seasoning was contaminated. Either way, I dont feel safe eating here again.

I didn’t actually eat at this place so I wasn’t going to review but then I decided I should warn other people that are planning on having a meal there. We were there June 6th and asked about their gluten free menu. The hostess replied “we don’t do that anymore” so we moved on.

Separate GF menu with lots of choices. It’s rare that with GF and DF allergies that they had appetizers, side dishes, main course and desserts that I could have! It’s on the pricy side but well worth it. I had shrimp crab mango avocado stack appetizer with lobster tail main course with steamed veggies and grilled asparagus also with a black cherry Arnold Palmer. Everything was very good and our server deardra was knowledgeable about food allergies and very accommodating to my questions. And it’s really just a very cool building right on the water. We sat on the second floor and watched the boats in the harbor.

NO confidence in GF menu. Server seemed unsure what I was asking. No gluten free fries or bread (for my GF 8 yrold). Asked for steak that was ordered medium but arrived rare (bloody) to be cooked - no confidence it was cooked in GF area - definitely not the 2nd time. Literally fed the steal to the fish in the harbor. Picked the restaurant as one that advertises gluten sensitive menu. very disappointed.

Decent place for a steak, location is great. Sadly, our waitress was less than good, but nice atmosphere.

I was never given the opportunity to see if this establishment was GF /friendly because they refused to seat a party of one. They recommended I try the bar which was full. I left without eating there and passed many empty tables on my way out.

The manager was very helpful when choosing what to order. My son with Celiac had no problems at all.

I went here with my partner who is both gluten, and lactose, intolerant for a bite to eat over the 4th of July Weekend. I informed the server and the hostess that of the dietary restrictions and they were very accommodating. My partner had the grilled chicken, asparagus, and mashed potatoes. The mashed potatoes were a treat, because my partner usually cannot have them at restaurants since most places include cream and butter. However, this restaurant, if told in advance, will make any meals with allergies in a separate area and did so wonderfully. The food was phenomenal, the service was a bit slow (but it was a busy holiday weekend in a major city), and the drinks were really good as well. I enjoyed in immensely, as did my partner, and I look forward to coming back here.

Waiter has zero knowledge of gf. Brought out my NY strip with a side of asparagus which had bread crumbs SPRINKLED on top even though the server was informed of my allergy. They didn't give me a new dish even though there was definite contamination- they just scooped the potatoes and steak off onto another plate with the new plain inedible asparagus. They did comp me a free creme brûlée for the trouble but I don't think I'd recommend coming here unless in a pinch

I ordered from their gluten free menu and had the shrimp cocktail for an appetizer, steak with mashed potatoes and steamed mixed veggies for my entree and creme brûlée for dessert. All was delicious. Granted, pretty much everything I ordered was naturally gluten free, but I had no issues.

The atmosphere and food was amazing. However the waiter was not knowledgable in the meaning of GF DF, he brought out Pita triangles in the Plantain Chip basket. We also ordered a salad that did not come out. However, we shared the Hummus trio, the Oysters and the Bronzed Tilapia and it was both GF and DF. Absolutely Delicious!!!

Staff was friendly. Menu had enough options. Steak was past the carmelized stage and was just burnt on the outside. Not worth the price.

Because of the atmosphere and price, I expect more from this kind if establishment. It is not bad, just does not live up to expectations.

Would not recommend . the entire experience was not great from the start. Out of GF steak at 6:30? maybe they are understaffed but I would go back.

Based on other reviews, the level of staff knowledge here seems to vary a lot. I went for happy hour and the server didn’t know what was gf: we had to ask about each individual item we were interested in, and then she’d go back and ask the chef. I ended up getting the hummus (sub extra taro chips for pita) and the fish tacos (they’re grilled, on corn tortillas). Both were good, especially the tacos, and I didn’t get sick.

There is no mention about food allergies and the waitstaff also does not ask. I specifically asked if my starter was gluten free, a sushi roll, which seemed to have been fine. She assured me she would check to make sure there’s no gluten. I then ordered a steak with a crab topping and asked again about gluten. Sick as a dog today and pretty sure the crab sauce has some gluten. It’s a nice place but be very careful as they don’t seem to be trained or very gluten aware
