Chavolo's Mexican Restaurant

There are few choices for a celiac in Mancos. We needed to eat there as we were meeting relatives after going to Mesa Verde. I was able to visit with management and confirm that the corn tortillas were gluten-free, and select a dish that did not include gluten. I did not get sick. The food was good and the rest of the family were able to get the type of dishes they were seeking.
