Review of Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen

I specifically informed the staff and the manager that I have celiac disease and must have only gluten free food. I ordered a modified GF item per their menu. It arrived unmodified. I specifically told the staff per your GF menu it must be modified to be GF. They reassured me it was GF. They proceeded to check and it was not and had to be modified and a new order made.
