They completely messed up our to-go order: only gave us 1 bag, and had to go back to get the 2nd. When we did, the 1 gluten-free meal we ordered (Impossible burger with a gf bun) had a regular bun. After 1 bite, I could tell it wasn't gf. Had to go back the for the 3rd time to get a new meal. They took some money off but didn't comp the meal. This was for a birthday party but it took the entire evening to get everyone fed. Big chain of restaurants don't care about the little guy. Was ill for 3 days but since I didn't have to go to the hospital, it's not a big deal for them.
I placed an order to go in person and ordered a GF option. While waiting I noticed there was no GF indication on my receipt and said something to another employee. Thankfully this other person checked and realized the person who keyed the order in did not specify GF. They did remake my order but the carelessness made me uneasy. Please triple check that your meal is in fact GF if you eat here.
Ok for GF vegans but need more vegan and gf options. Ate fries salad and chips and was ok.
The gf pasta was excellent. The chocolate Godiva cheesecake was to die for.
Although their massive menu doesn't really include as many GF options as one would hope for, they make up for it by excellent food quality, knowledgeable servers, and (I know it sounds silly) decent GF buns. When everyone at the table is snarfing the bread, it was nice of the server to bring a warm, lightly toasted GF bun so I would have something too. And the bun is actually delicious. And don't get me started on the Godiva cheesecake....love love love.
Order their strawberry lemonade ( it’s extremely sweet if that’s your thing). I got the fish tacos * these are only GF if you remove the chipotle mayo. There are 4 tacos with the order and they are on the spicy side!! These were very good and served with perfectly cooked rice and some Smokey black beans! I finished up with their Godiva chocolate cheesecake and the lowlicious cheesecake. These were both so good and rich that I had to take them to go! So worth it. The server Kirsten was fabulous and knew how to accommodate GF even down to the sauces.
I ordered a Cesar salad with no croutons and told them I had a gluten “allergy”. It came out with small pieces of croutons hidden throughout the salad. My husband verified that they were definitely croutons. I sent it back and they brought another one that had croutons too, along with a random piece of mandarin orange and a couple chopped nuts. 😑 She was going to bring another one and I said no. Definitely A LOT of cross contamination.
