Do NOT eat here if you have Celiac. I got sick twice. It is NOT gluten free. Many chain restaurants aren't but I can say truly that I will never eat at this chain again. Ever.

Needs a zero star option. I explained I’m celiac and how important it was to protect against cross contamination and ordered a gf pasta. When it came out thank goodness I asked if it was Gf. They said “on no that’s the regular past sorry we forgot”. I was so mad I cried.

This rating is for cheesecake alone. I have not had a meal here in a while but I do know they have GF offerings all throughout the menu. They offer 2 GF cheesecakes, a coffee chocolate cheesecake and a Godiva chocolate cheesecake. Usually Godiva chocolate is not celiac safe but Godiva makes this cheesecake specifically for Cheesecake factory in a dedicated facility. I thought it was good to mention this since many people are nervous to eat it due to the fact that it's Godiva. I've eaten it many times and have never had a reaction (I'm highly sensitive). It would be nice if they offered more flavors but, I'm very grateful for these two delicious flavors!

The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
I had their low-licious gluten free cheesecake and it was pretty great! The crust wasn’t fantastic but the filling was AMAZING! Super tasty š

I went here on Black Friday and the restaurant is cute! Their menu was clearly labeled for what could be made gluten free. I told the waiter three times that I have a gluten allergy (I have celiac) and wanted a gluten free bun for my burger. He repeated the order back to me and told me the fries were in a designated frier. Unfortunately, the burger had a gluten bun. I took one bite and felt suspicious that it didn’t have a normal gluten-free bun texture, so I focused on my fries. When he came to clear the plates, he apologized for bringing me a gluten bun, but I had already taken a bite of it. They comped my burger, but I would not come back here. I made it very clear that I could not have gluten and they served me a bun with gluten. I was very bummed about this so I gave my GF cheesecake to my sister. I got sick that night. Disappointing :(

The first thing I told my server about was that I had celiacs disease and before I could explain anything she explained her sister also had celiac and she knew I couldn’t eat gluten. I explained to her about cross contamination and she assured me I would be great. I got nachos and she said they couldn’t put a kind of cheese on it and that they could only melt cheese. I was fine with it. Right after I ate them I felt sick. Come to find out, the chips are mixed with flour tortillas and corn tortillas. Please be careful if eating her.

Got the GF pasta with chicken and pancetta. Also got the Godiva cheesecake to go. The server wasn’t the most knowledgeable, but made an effort and checked with the kitchen.
They served bread on the table for the other guests.
The corn cakes are marked GF and looked really good but check they’re not fried.

Gluten free pasta is cooked in the same water as wheat pasta and they are unable (unwilling) to cook it separately.
