I went there looking for GF cheesecake because I read online that some cheesecake factories offer GF options. They did have one cheesecake that was GF, but it was in the same display case as all the other cheesecakes and sadly wasn’t safe.
The staff was super nice though and did tell me that the cheesecake wasn’t safe for celiacs. They offered to accommodate me and prepare dinner for me, but I declined and didn’t order anything because I was really only looking for the cheesecake

Oh, these sweet people.. we were staying at a hotel nearby, and we walked to the mall as my husband used to work on the promenade. We used to love coming to this exact spot for La Sandia, but now it’s a Cheesecake Factory. We haven’t been to a CF since I was diagnosed, my son was yearning for pizza, and the food court didn’t appear to have many gf options, so we decided to try it.
First off, the staff was super welcoming and friendly. They were so supportive of wanting to create the perfect gf experience for me, and I appreciated their patience and determination to make it an excellent meal for me. On a side note, they were also super accommodating and helpful in the prep of one of my son’s food who has autism. So while this isn’t gf specific, I was just in awe of how caring the staff was!
I ordered gf bread while my family ate the complimentary gluten bread. They had to bring a bun, but that was fine. I Nima tested it, and it was all smiles. Overall, the bun was good. The waitress brought me fresh, non contaminated butter without me even asking for it. It was yummy!
I ordered the Shepard’s pie off of the regular menu, which was marked gf. I asked what thickener was used for the gravy and how the mashed potatoes were scooped out to field for cc. The waitress said it was pre-made, but she believed it was 100% gf. So I went for it, Nima tested it, and there was gluten found.
The wait staff was so apologetic and super interested in learning what may have led to cc. The waitress’ theory was the cutting of the vegetables on a cutting board that may have had cc. Either way, they had a vested interest in righting the wrong. At this point, though, I was mildly full and decided to jump just to the cheesecake. I had a slice of Godiva heaven— and it was amaaaazing! So overall, I’m very happy with my experience here.
I think part of the positive experience was the amazing staff we had the pleasure to work with, but I do believe the restaurant tries to create a safe and hospitable experience.

Very nice great gluten free options , they only had one gluten free cheese cake desert and it was worth it ,
The Cheesecake Factory has an extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free options include pasta, burgers (with buns), and cheesecake for dessert.
Not a separate menu but items in the main menu are clearly marked which can be made gluten free. Staff seemed knowledgeable. Food was excellent and great price also. Extensive menu for those who are not GF highly recommend
Yes
I ordered their only GF salad & GF cheesecake. I’m uncertain which made me sick. But I’m sooooo sick. I don’t know if it is full blown gluten yet or just cross-contamination….but it feels like I ate gluten.

Had a delicious meal here on a quick stop during a road trip. The server was well informed about gf and I felt very full but not glutened by the time we left!

The waiter was awesome and helped me order celiac safe food and even got my slice of cheesecake himself since he wasnt sure if the bakery staff was educated on the protocol for celiac customers.

The gluten free burger bun was delicious! I was very grateful for the ease of ordering GF here. Many menu items are available gluten free upon request, and are clearly marked as so on the menu. I did not feel like I had any kind of issues or reactions after.
