I did my research before going and found The Cheesecake Factory is normally a toss up of safety for celiacs. I know that gluten free pastas are a no go here, and they have a few other options. The waiter transfer from another location and knew what I was talking about so I felt okay ordering. I ordered the sweet corn cakes appetizer. They were so good! I also got the Godiva chocolate cake! Didn’t feel sick and would try to go back.

The servers I spoke to all seemed to know a lot about celiac and they had protocols in place already to keep me safe. I had the four cheese pasta which was delicious and they even have a flourless chocolate cheesecake!

I asked for the gluten free pasta and as I was eating noticed 2 different shaped pasta noodles hidden in my dish. Not cool. Later felt the affects.

Great cheeseburger with gluten free bun (didn’t notice the difference with the gluten one) and great cheesecake too. Unluckily there are only few options for cheesecake, but better them than nothing
