Visited the Bridgewater location, rhey had a decent amount of gluten free options on the menu. The waiter was knowledgeable and caring. Service seemed a bit slow so he came to us to explain they were taking extra precautions in the kitchen for us...cleaning space to keep our food safe and taking their time to avoid cross contamination. My son and I ate and had zero issues from the dinners we had. The waiter definitely made us feel comfortable.

I am GF/DF. While the bartender checked for me what would be safe, there was no GF menu. I had a lettuce wrapped chicken and avocado “sandwich” and it was fine. However, when it came out it looked like there was cheese shreds on it so I asked. Bartender said he thought it was lettuce shreds. Told him he thought wouldn’t do as it’s a serious allergy. He spoke to his manager and she yelled from across the bat that she was the manager and it was lettuce shreds. She then came over and berated me in front of my date saying I was getting nasty with her staff who was doing his job. Might be accommodating but embarrassed me and was very rude for questioning for my health.

They offer a good variety of gluten free menu options. I’ve had nachos, pasta, salads, entrees and dessert. There is no sacrificing yumminess for health. Everything was great. Service was good. We dined here several times over the last few years. The greatest thing of all is that I’ve never been sick after eating here. When I want a tasty meal and need to make sure I won’t be sick after enjoying my meal, I choose the Bridgewater Cheesecake Factory.

I go here all the time and get the guacamole made to order, French fries and Godiva chocolate cheese cake and never had a reaction.

They are very careful & very accommodating, menu is marked with all GF options and every time I've been there they've made sure to double check with kitchen staff and bring mine out separately.

The service was beyond what I had expected and my waiter was very kind, and helped me find the right gluten free dinner for me. I got the 4 cheese pasta and it was out of the world delicious. I would recommend my waiter again, and was so happy that I was able to eat here. I want and will DEFINITELY come back, and am very excited that this is another gluten free option for me.***

They offer a large variety of choices from appetizers to entrees and even a choice for dessert! The staff was very knowledgeable about gluten free. Great experience!

Love that I can get a burger and fries here!

I've loved everything that I have gotten.

I went here on Black Friday and the restaurant is cute! Their menu was clearly labeled for what could be made gluten free. I told the waiter three times that I have a gluten allergy (I have celiac) and wanted a gluten free bun for my burger. He repeated the order back to me and told me the fries were in a designated frier. Unfortunately, the burger had a gluten bun. I took one bite and felt suspicious that it didn’t have a normal gluten-free bun texture, so I focused on my fries. When he came to clear the plates, he apologized for bringing me a gluten bun, but I had already taken a bite of it. They comped my burger, but I would not come back here. I made it very clear that I could not have gluten and they served me a bun with gluten. I was very bummed about this so I gave my GF cheesecake to my sister. I got sick that night. Disappointing :(

The first thing I told my server about was that I had celiacs disease and before I could explain anything she explained her sister also had celiac and she knew I couldn’t eat gluten. I explained to her about cross contamination and she assured me I would be great. I got nachos and she said they couldn’t put a kind of cheese on it and that they could only melt cheese. I was fine with it. Right after I ate them I felt sick. Come to find out, the chips are mixed with flour tortillas and corn tortillas. Please be careful if eating her.

Got the GF pasta with chicken and pancetta. Also got the Godiva cheesecake to go. The server wasn’t the most knowledgeable, but made an effort and checked with the kitchen.

They served bread on the table for the other guests.

The corn cakes are marked GF and looked really good but check they’re not fried.
