Unfortunately didn't eat here for the following reason - the man at the front desk assured me there was a dedicated fryer for fries but when I asked the person serving us she looked concerned saying she thought the same oil was used for other things. She checked in the kitchen and the chef said definitely don't have the fries if you need gluten free. The menu looked very good and the woman serving us was great and I used to love Cheesecake Factory before being diagnosed but just to warn any celiacs - at this particular restaurant - don't have the fries!
GF appetizer, dinner and dessert options and the food was very good. Staff (Janice) was very knowledgeable and helpful!

It's hard to find their gf options online... They did not have anything posted online. They do offer gf buns and gf pasta and there is one cheesecake option gf. I got a burger w gf bun and fries. It was decent. I didn't get sick so that's a plus.
Best gluten free meal I've had in a long time. I got the gluten free pasta, even have an awesome gluten free cheesecake!
BE VERY CAUTIOUS if you're truly Celiac!! Visited from out-of-state. Called ahead on a Friday evening, confirmed with management that GF options could be prepped separately and reduce risk for contamination. Waited an hour for a table, was finally seated. Asked waitress to confirm chef could prepare a SALAD with grilled chicken separately -- kitchen manager told her there was high risk of contamination. A SALAD ? With grilled chicken? Manager came by, was arrogant and condescending stating that any restaurant cannot guarantee anything. No attempt to even reassure that he would have the chef grill the chicken separately or anything. After an hour and half of waiting for dinner, I left and went to California Pizza Kitchen -- which is amazing by the way!
Excellent gluten free menu and knowledgable staff
We were excited about gluten free options however the waitress was unsure about gluten free. she didn't know if there was gluten free buns for the hamburger. so we ordered without bread and asked about French fries she said that she would check it out. when she brought the food to the table, there was buns on it and french fries before confirming that it was gluten free. she made us nervous and lost our appetite. wished the waitress was trained better. we are not going back. we have celiac so we have to be very careful about food obviously.
Had a great waiter who knew about providing a safe GF meal. I had pasta and did not get sick. They say they offer GF cheesecake but it’s in the same display cabinet as all other cheesecakes. I watched them use the same serving utensil on the GF cheesecake as other cheesecakes. (Bad!)
I was excited to try it out because it was my first time there ever (before diagnosis and now both) and I knew they had a bunch of options. The server was so incredibly nice and willing to do whatever we needed. I got GF pasta in the Farfalle with Chicken and Roasted Garlic and I had 5 bites before I felt so bad. I had a reaction very quick (after not having eaten all day so no prior contaminated food) and it was very bad. We came from out of town and I had to deal with an hour ride back smelling the leftover food that made me sick and feeling sick to my stomach.
Lots of options! I had a burger with a gluten free bun. The menu says fries can be made GF but the waitress said they have a communal fryer so definitely unsafe for celiacs! Other than that everything was good especially the chocolate Godiva cheesecake! :)
The Cheesecake Factory has many gluten free options. With that being said, it's really not the safest place to eat so proceed with caution. I'm writing this review to inform the gluten sensitive or those with celiac that even though they say they have a separate fryer and that you can eat french fries safely, that's not always the case. My daughter and I both dealt with cross contamination there when we ordered gluten free french fries. I later found out at another Cheesecake Factory, that it's common practice for the cooks to use that "other fryer" when they feel the need to. So that explained things for me. I thought the waitress was just being lazy and gave me fries that were fried in the common fryer. So please be careful. Also, don't order the gluten free cheesecake. It is with all the other cheesecakes and I got sick from that on another occasion. Moral of the story, I think you can order a few things here that are safe but you are gambling. It's just not worth it for me.
I was traveling from out of town and I’ve always had good experiences with this chain. Extensive gluten free menu. Gluten free cheesecake. However, my experience at this location was horrible. I repeatedly explained my gluten free choice was allergy. I knew I was in trouble when I was served the wrong cheesecake! Not gluten free. Sure enough, when we got the receipt she hadn’t even rung my meal in as gluten free. I had a terrible reaction and was so so sick.
I used to go there all the time and get pasta, and it was great. Until one time where they gave me regular, not gluten free pasta. I thought they had gotten a new snap of pasta so I ate half of the bowl and then the manager came over to tell me it was not GF. They have me a gift certificate and free cheesecake but I knew I was going to get horrendously sick, so nothing could make up for it. I went to give them another try and let everyone know that I had a bad experience before, yet there was still a crouton left in my Caesar salad at the very bottom. I will not return to this Cheesecake Factory. Burton’s is more trustworthy and far better!
They advertise as gluten free and that there is no cross contamination. And yet I got sick there three consecutive times in a row. The employees need to get better training there in terms of gluten allergies and to be aware that it is an actual health issue for people and not just a stupid fad.
Be very careful if you decide to eat here. ordered the three cheese pasta and the noodles werent cooked sent it back. received a regular gluten three cheese pasta after. i wouldnt trust this restaurant to be careful as a celiac or person with serious allergies
The host was very knowledgeable about Celiac Disease, he also had Celiac. We felt very safe eating there. The waitress fully understood what needed to be done to make it safe for me. I had no problems after eating there!!! If you can have chocolate they offer GF Cheesecake! !
Love Cheese Cake Factory- went tonight & got Lemon Herb Chicken. Was really good until I was just about done & found a half inch spaghetti in my carrots. Side was mashed potatoes not spaghetti- needless to say I am now very sick. Not a happy camper. I would not come back to this location.
I have Celiac and I called prior to dinner to make sure they had GF options. I talked to the server when ordering. Ate 1/3 plate of GF garlic chicken pasta and 1/2 of a slice of GF Godiva chocolate cheesecake and 15 min later, I was doubled over in pain. Was the only meal I had eaten yesterday. After a long night of being sick, I looked at the receipt and my husband and I were charged for a non-GF pasta and non-GF cheesecake. Thinking now, that despite having called in advance, speaking with the server and having them bring out my dish while stating that it was GF; it was not. Very sick and very frustrated. Do *NOT* eat here. **Edit: I called this morning and spoke with a manager. She was very nice and very apologetic. Although it doesn’t make up for the effects of being glutened, she refunded my card the price of my meal.

Also pleasantly surprised to learn that there are 2 fryers and fries and potatoes are cooked separately from the breaded items. 2 gluten free cheesecake options. My server cut my piece herself to avoid cross contamination. I haven't been here in more than 14 years and I am sure I will be back soon!
Items that can be prepared GF are indicated on the regular menu. Make sure to check about fries -- apparently they usually use a dedicated GF fryer, but my waitress checked with the kitchen and said it was "too busy" that night and they were using both fryers for everything. Disappointing, but I appreciated that she checked for me, and I just ordered something else. GF options include hamburgers with GF buns, GF pasta, omelettes, and a few other entrees (I had the salmon). There are only two cheesecakes that can be prepared GF: coffee chocolate and Godiva.
My daughter got the gluten free penne and we tested it with our Nima device and it tested positive for gluten. We requested they get a slice of the Godiva cheesecake from the freezer versus they shared counter. They used cleaned knives and spatulas and the cheesecake tested gluten free. They were very cooperative but this place is not safe for celiacs.
Server didn’t seem to be overly concerned about my gluten free requirement. I’d ask for a manager if you want to eat here. I ordered an omelette and it arrived with potatoes on the plate, and we hadn’t discussed how they’re prepared. Server then explained but it would have been nice to know this before the food appeared in front of me. The good news is: no reaction but doubt I’ll go back here again.
I was told by the manager that not having a dedicated fryer is still safe. So aparently he is a doctor and a restaurant manager. If you have Celiac like me, don't risk it. They do not know how to safely prep food. My girlfriend and I both got sick.
I am celiac and dairy free. I have eaten here three times while traveling since being diagnosed CD four months ago. They have been helpful narrowing down my options to salmon with rice or a salad option. In an area with very few celiac friendly options I have been pleased.
The server was not knowledgeable about GF options. She went and asked the chef never offered me a GF menu. I took a stab in the dark and ordered the salmon with no sauce. The food is good but I remarked to my friend I was surprised they didn’t have a gluten-free menu. If they have one they should offer to everyone.
Gluten free buns for burgers; dedicated French fries; 2 GF cheesecakes. Staff is knowledgeable. Wonderful experience!
My girlfriend ordered the GF Shepherd's Pie and had a terrible reaction that night. She wasn't sure if it was the pie and had the leftovers the next night. She had an equal reaction. We cannot trust Cheesecake Factory's GF menu and will not be back.
Took an hour to get food. They are always unsure about the fries being GF or not. :(
Went there last night and left very happy. Any item that can be altered to be GF is labeled on the menu and my server seemed pretty knowledgable about what I could and couldn't have. The GF roll my sandwich was served on was pretty good too. He did warn me that the fries are cooked in the same fryer as everything else so those are a no-no if you're worried about cross contamination. I'll definitely be back!
Got the salmon and substituted green beans and got the mashed potatoes. Excellent. Got the Godiva cheesecake. Super yummy. I have had good experiences with Cheesecake factory’s across the country but I always make sure to be clear about needing gluten free and cross contamination. Always ask with cheesecake to use a clean spatula and wash hands first.
My Celiac daughter ordered the gluten free burger with a gluten free bun and fruit. Within an hour vomiting, diarrhea, and all signs of eating gluten. Waiter assured us that they could accommodate and that everything would be gluten free. Never again :(
