Review of The Cheesecake Factory

Limited GF modifications; no separate fryer; limited awareness of celiac/allergy prep from the server. I only ate the beet/orange/avocado salad and didn’t order more because I was worried about cross contamination. While I didn’t get glutened, I certainly wasn’t satisfied and I left hungry.
