Review of Chef Ron's Gumbo Stop & Pub

Great, GF, authentic New Orleans food experience! Chef Ron easily answered my concerns about cross contamination. His years of experience in hotel dining makes a big difference in his willingness to safely nourish his customers. As an award winning chef, the meal was everything we were hoping it would be an more. The GF gumbo had deep flavors and generous amounts of crawfish, crabmeat and shrimp. The GF fried catfish was perfect. My dining companion also dined GF and enjoyed a redfish, GF red beans & GF jambalaya. To say the least we left stuffed! I look forward to visiting again.
