They call out being celiac safe on their website. Dedicated fryer. Chef will make most dishes GF. Absolutely delicious! We (3 celiacs) had burgers (with tostones for buns), all 3 types of fries, friend polenta cheese sticks, and a chicken bowl with rice, potatoes, tostones, fried egg, and onions.
