Friendly staff but not trained in any coeliac awareness. Staff not aware coeliacs require seperate fryer etc - but were honest and polite while answering. Also mentioned they added plain non gf flour to traditional South Indian items such as ‘dosa’ - which is normally gf elsewhere. If you choose to eat here, please question staff and don’t assume any prior knowledge or coeliac disease awareness on their behalf.
