This bakery is my heaven on earth! 100% GF. Every non-celiac I’ve introduced to this place has agreed the food is amazing. Get there early because they do sell out. You can also order ahead online and even ship a “Chef’s Box O’ the Month” or a dairy free version to yourself or a lucky recipient.
Cute little place and limited seating is available. We went on a Saturday which was a mistake because they were very busy and no seating and standing in line was crowded due to the small space and them trying to bring pans of hot food though the crowd. They don’t have a menu board so hard to know what things were and how much. Having never been here I was not familiar with things and employees did not offer explanations. I can’t remember what I ordered but do remember it being dry and nothing I would eat again.
If you are dairy free as well, just a warning that there are not many options - you may want to call ahead and inquire before making a special trip.
I had not visited since pre-Covid. I don’t live in the area anymore but it was always my first stop when visiting family. Stopped by yesterday and it was as delicious as always. My favorite cream puffs are special order now, (next time) but everything else, and yes I believe I tried about 75% of the items, was extraordinary. I shared with several non-celiac friends and they were blown away. Just amazing!
the easiest 5 stars I’ve ever given. dedicated gluten free, wonderfully patient staff, PHENOMENAL baked goods. so sad i don’t live closer but so glad i stopped by while in town!!
We arrived about 30 minutes to closing, and the only food they had left was a cheese strata that I couldn't eat. But they offered to put some DF chocolate muffins in the oven if I had time to wait! So I got fresh baked muffins just for me. Staff and regulars were really friendly. The whole place is nut free as well, which is helpful - my husnabd was able to safely get a piece of the strata and an espresso drink without worry.
My only complaint is that the chocolate muffins appear to be the only DF offering on the menu - similar to the other GF bakery in town (Bake Me Happy) which also only has brownies/brownie-cookies for DF).
Donuts and muffins are to die for and totally celiac friendly. Ran into two other celiacs there and they raved about it - ended up with a half dozen pastries and would make this a stop anytime I find myself in Columbus again. Pro tip: take a box of donuts up the road to the topiary garden for a tasty delight for both your tongue and your eyes.
I love this bakery! Everything is gluten free, so there is no risk of contamination! Arrive early or order ahead for the best selection as they tend to sell out later in the day (especially on weekends). Everything I’ve tasted has been delicious, but the apple pie bars are my personal favorite!
Amazing!!!! My non-gluten free husband and I both had the blueberry muffins for breakfast and said they were the best we've ever had. They were chock full of blueberries. My husband also got the espresso brownie for later and I ordered the strawberry donut and the zucchini bread twinkie. My husband said the brownie was nothing special but I loved the strawberry donut. The zucchini bread twinkie was good just not as up to par as the other two items I had there. As we are just driving through town, I will be ordering their delicious treats on Etsy.
I wish we lived closer because it was amazing to be able to have a safe breakfast! Our 4 year old could pick anything she wanted. She hasn't been able to go someplace for gf donuts in 2 years. I also loved that they had egg dishes as well. The food was great and more importantly safe!
This is by far, the best Celiac friendly bakery I have been too. The staff is so kind, and I feel safe knowing that it is dedicated gluten free. Also, the food is sensational and many people go there that do not even have Celiac. Many don’t understand the struggle with cross-contamination, and how just one crumb can make me sick, so this is amazing!!!
Amazing gluten-free bakery! The whole store is celiac-friendly and has become my all-time favorite place to enjoy breakfast, brunch, or afternoon tea time. Everything is excellent and even my husband loves their baked goods and he doesn’t have any food allergies. They even have a few dairy-free options!
Columbus is a hot spot for great GF selections but this bakery is the best! Their blueberry muffins, cream puffs and donuts were amazing! Shared with my hubby and he could not tell they were GF. Wish they shipped or sold their products at whole foods so i could get in Detroit area...
