They do it right! They have a pizza kit that doesn’t touch any gluten, comes with its own cutting device that is sealed. Perfect solution for a tru gluten free pizza at a normal pizza place. I hear they have gluten free pasta too.
Stopped by for lunch today and got the 12” gluten-free pizza. The server explained that it is made in its own pan and comes with its own cutter so there is no cross contamination. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had, but a safe, easy option! They also had GF pasta listed on the menu but I’m not sure of the safety protocols being used for that.
