I ask the manager questions before ordering. How do you prevent cross contamination. I was told if I was ‘highly celiac’ that I should order seafood and request a separate pan. (All people with Celiac disease needs to avoid cross contamination ). Normally their gf pasta is cooked in the gluten containing pasta water! If you dine here, request a clean pot, colander and fresh water if you order gf pasta. Ask for a clean separate pan for your protein. I gave one star, because of the high risk of gluten contamination, unless you ask questions and make requests beforehand.
