Symptomatic Celiac

Gf individual pizza is made on a thin crust. It was edible, but I've definitely had better. The edges were hard and burnt. I did not get sick. Staff were rushed, and not particularly reassuring.

I come here almost once every month and have never gotten sick although I tend to be asymptomatic. They have gluten free pizza crust and can customize any of their signature pizzas to be gluten free (cream sauce is NOT gluten free). VERY TASTY PIZZA!

Tried to find Gluten-free stuff on menu. At least the take-out and delivery menu doesn't show it.. Damn shame.

The pizza is good, but only comes in 1 size and thin crust. Also their dough maybe cross contaminated as their menus state. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Have eaten here twice and both times the waiters have been exceptional in helping me order from the menu. There is some cross contamination from the multi-use fryer, but if you are able to handle this than it isn't a problem. I have never been sick from here.

Chicago Fire is NO LONGER CELIAC FRIENDLY!!!! They have made changes in the kitchen and have new menus that note that everything is made using SHARED workspace. The waitstaff informed me that it was too much trouble to keep things separate, especially when it was busy. This is a huge shame, and we'd happily drive an hour and a half for a tasty and safe meal. We had to leave, as I can't eat there now. 😔 If I could give them NO STARS, I would. The app won't allow less than one. Big fail Chicago Fire. I hope your changes don't make anyone sick.

Incredible gluten-free pizza and knowledgable staff. The manager asked immediately if someone had Celiac. That makes all of feel better right away knowing we don't have to push as hard to get the staff to listen. It was a pleasant experience.

Went with a few friends, found out that there was not a separate oven for gluten free so I got a salad, which they reassured was prepared carefully so it would be gluten free but I am not feeling the best after so I can’t guarantee the safety of this establishment for someone with Celiacs

Gluten free pizza was delicious however there must have been cross contamination because I ended up with severe gastro issues.

I spoke with the manager on duty and my concern was cross contamination when it came to the gluten free pizza. He reassured me they use different pans, different cutters to avoid the whole cross contamination and would lable it an allergy alert. great service and definitely go back for sure!!!

We were not able to stay and eat as nothing on the GF menu except the salads were prepared in a manner to prevent cross contamination. Pizza is cooked on same stone as regular pizza, and naked wings and fries are cooked in same oil as breaded items.
