Their fries are safe if you specify that you have a gluten allergy but that’s pretty much the only thing on the menu that can be eaten by someone with celiacs.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Food at Chick-fil-A is usually good but the last time I visited here, they didn't have any gluten free buns in stock. :(

Lady that took the order was very knowledgable about celiac and stated the fries were in their own, separate fryer. Grilled chicken was placed in its own container to prevent cross contamination and gluten free bun was sealed. She was also knowledgable about dairy free options as well as incredibly patient and nice.

Great GF customer service. Just FYI - their butter has gluten so you can’t order eggs (or anything else they cook butter with). Fries and tater tots cooked in exclusive GF fryer

I come here as a treat! Love their grilled chicken nuggets dipped in honey bbq sauce and their fries with chick fil a sauce. Yum!
