Review of Chick-fil-A

I have been to chick fil at Paterson (and others) several times since being diagnosed with celiacs. I also have a friend who worked there. When you ask for a gluten free bun or tell them your order needs to be gluten free, they change gloves and it comes with a notification to all the workers that it’s gluten free. They also have a dedicated gluten free fryer for the fries. And the bun comes in an unopened package so it isn’t handled at all, which is nice. I love their spicy chicken grilled sandwich with fries. The lime cilantro sauce that comes with it is gluten free but has eggs if you can’t have those then beware. Chick fil a is one of the only more convenient quick meal places I trust that I have never gotten sick from. Highly recommend. But make sure you tell them tour meal is gluten free!
