I would usually give this place a great review because I have eaten here many times and it’s been safe- but unfortunately the last three times there have been issues. It seems staff isn’t as trained on allergies anymore. One time they charged me for a gluten free bun and then they “ran out” of them and offered me a brownie instead- but did not refund the $2 up charge of the gf bun. This last time they gave me the gluten free bun but put a breaded and FRIED chicken in the allergy container that even had the gluten free sticker on it with a separate gf bun.
Extremely disappointed because I could have gotten extremely sick if I wasn’t paying attention.

Gluten free bun with grilled chicken or grilled nuggets are my favorite. All the sauces are gluten free and fries are fried in a separate fryer.
Yes
In addition to the soy sauce issue already mentioned, their fries are not made in a fryer with the breaded products. Not choices beyond beverages, condiments and fruit that are safe for celiacs.
No
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Eh I'm not sure this is very gluten free. I've heard they coat their grilled chicken in soy sauce. The fries are soy free though.
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
