The Archer Road location is GREAT about being Celiac Friendly but we've had horrible luck with the one at the Oaks Mall. They have messed up our orders 3 times including giving my son with Celiac Disease breaded nuggets when we ordered grilled chicken and telling me they "Red Flagged" order so they changed gloves etc to keep him safe! Don't go there but staff and management at Archer location is thankfully 180 degrees from the Oaks Mall staff and have always taken good care of us.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Waffle fries are GF. The new grilled market salad is GF without the croutons. The dressing is GF but high in calories. I substituted the fat free Italian dressing instead.
I always get a grilled chicken and separate GF bun. Fries have a dedicated fryer. The GF buns always comes prepackaged so no worries of cross contamination. The chicken comes in its own dish with a sticker on top that says "allergy". I've never gotten sick from the food here. Would recommend!
