I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Chick-fil-A grilled nuggets with a dedicated fryer for fries and delicious grilled chicken sandwich on a gluten free bun! You have to be careful about what sauces you might pick (I get the barbecue— not the orange looking one/ “honey barbecue”), and not all franchises have a dedicated fry frier, but the one here in Grove City does!
Staff will change gloves if asked, and gluten free bun comes in a pre-wrapped package. One of the best gluten free buns I’ve had! Separate menu is available on their website.
Sometimes when I use their app to order, they forget about adding the bun entirely. But this is definitely preferred to them adding a gluten bun! It’s also worth a note that you have to tell them you want a GRILLED chicken sandwich, otherwise they will think you want a classic (fried) chicken sandwich. The dedicated fryer is for fries only, so they can’t do fried chicken gluten free.
