Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Not a huge selection.. But I took another reviewers recommendation and got the grilled nuggets, their waffle fries, and cole slaw. I really liked it, and didn't seem to have any reaction to it. It's nice to have another fast place to eat every now and then.
I usually get the grilled chicken nuggets, waffle fries, cole slaw and lemonade and have been fine. They fry the fries in their own frier as does Red Robin and the Farmers Gastropod. The grilled nuggets are cooked separately from items that have gluten. I am also very sensitive too and have not had an issues there. I can see why someone would be cautious since some of the upfront people working there look a little confused when I ask them about GF options. It is the only drive-thru fast food restaurant that I go to that is safe. I ask to have the order separately if ordering with a non-GF meal. The breading would travel all over the bag.
Watch out, they sometimes fry their okra with their fries since this is a Truetts Grill. I asked the waiter and they confirmed they were frying both in the same grease. This was about a year ago, might want to ask first!!!!
I have eaten here 5 times in past 2 months. Order grilled chicken sandwich on gf bun with medium fruit cup. Added honey bbq sauce to sandwich. Have had no issues with this order.
Hi tomorrow tam r et re tr t rrrrr r
It's always a gamble with airport locations, but this one was a win! I had a grilled chicken sandwich with a prepackaged GF bun and fries from a dedicated fryer. No grilled nuggets, unfortunately.
Their gf bun is like punishment for not being able to eat gluten. But their fries are amazing, even if one of the only two of their sauces that aren’t gf was my favorite (I’ll miss you, sweet sriracha). Their grilled nuggets might be better if they weren’t immediately put into sealed plastic to steam, but they’re passable. But those fries! (If they’re fried in a dedicated fryer, of course).
I have been here 3 or 4 times now and have not had a reaction, fingers crossed. They have great customer service. Let them know you have an allergy and they will "Red Flag" your order and change gloves. I've had the grilled chicken sandwich with gluten-free bun (I asked to assemble it myself) and the grilled nuggets. Chick Fil A sauce on the side. All beverages are gf.
Staff is poorly trained, rude. They have GF buns that come in a sealed plastic bag. They are cold and need to be heated, but the staff won’t put them in the microwave to heat them even at your request. The buns are like cardboard and break apart since they are cold. Unless you like cold bread, that are nasty to eat then by all means eat here. The staff has no idea what GF items are or how to serve them. And by all means don’t try to get them to understand, they don’t care.
I eat here 3 times a week for either lunch or dinner. I always get the Cobb salad with grilled cold chicken instead of breaded and the avocado ranch dressing. No fried bell peppers, but those are in an enclosed package. I snag a few of my kids waffle fries and dip them in chick filet sauce. Mmmm
The restaurant is accomodatiing, but I've been sick after every visit. I have corn allergy as well as celiac disease, and soy sensitivity
This fast food restaurant has grilled chicken and stay away from the fried chicken. The fries are gluten free because they are in a separate fryer. The grilled chicken is gluten free and they have gluten free buns. Like the grill nuggets, grilled chicken breast, spicy grilled chicken breast , barbecue chicken breast are gluten free and all the sauces are gluten-free. When it’s in the kitchen it’s not glued fridge just means it’s in the same kitchen that the grilled chicken in the gluten-free bun in the french fries are fine. As Long as you tell him have a gluten allergy it’s safe to eat.
Just a regular Chick-fil-A with the typical GF options, but it’s nice to know there’s one located here!
The ChickfilA in the mall has always been great. I’ve eaten there a few times and haven’t gotten sick yet. The GF bun is crumbly and hard to eat, but the grilled nuggets, waffle fries, Cobb salad, and lots of other things are GF. ChickfilA never disappoints!
The staff is always friendly. I order the grilled nuggets. The fries are cooked in vegetable oil (breaded nuggets are fried in peanut oil). The staff are able to print allergy information from the register if you want to check a particular food item. Their app lists all food ingredients. I ask for an gluten allergy alert, and the staff will change their gloves.
First time going to a Chick-fil-A since being diagnosed with a gluten sensitivity several weeks ago. I’ve been eating gluten-free since I found out and did my research prior to deciding to come here. In my research I found that Chick-Fil-A has gluten-free fries, one of the main reasons I decided to give it a try. Only to be told by the manager that only the buns are gluten-free. It’s super frustrating when even the manager isn’t aware of what is or isn’t gluten-free.
Fries are fried in a fryer that does not have anything else fried in it. Chick Fil A's website says this. Their breaded chicken is cooked different. We eat at CFA all over the US. I order the Cobb Salad (avocado ranch) with NO chicken bc I don't like their grilled chicken and fries. *** Please check restaurants for updated info***
Grilled chicken and fries are GF (and very tasty!), and the fries have a dedicated fryer. No GF buns at this location, probably because airports are sometimes a bit different/limited. Not sure about the chicken nuggets that the previous review mentioned being GF. Also, exceptionally friendly and courteous staff!
Love this location! They take good care of me and my husband every time we come - rush or deserted, dine in or drive through. I love that ALL their fries have a dedicated fry fryer. We tend to get the grilled nuggets and side salad, then make our own chicken salad. But they also have GF buns that come in plastic wrapping (not syran wrap, and actual package) for the grilled chicken sandwich. Some of their shakes are GF, including the seasonal peppermint (but check each year in case that changes!).
Never had a problem here until yesterday. We ate here all the time previously. I generally eat the Grilled chicken market salad with a diet lemonade. Yesterday i ate one of my son’s fries. Never had a problem with fries before. Is it the new salad? Chicken seasoning different? Going on day two sick. Sadly, unless things tighten up, we’ll have to pass...
