Staff is very knowledgeable about gluten free options and safe handling practices. Waffle fries are cooked in dedicated fryer. Can also order through app and add special instruction to red flag for gluten allergies. They will change gloves and bag separately from gluten items. Go a few times a month for my celiac son (drive through and inside), never had any bad reactions.
