Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
Chick Fil A is usually really good about gluten free. There are a decent number of options, including grilled chicken, gluten free buns, and fries. As an ex employee, I would steer clear of any ice cream item except for maybe a cup of ice cream, as cross contact would be an issue for milkshakes or anything that’s mixed. A couple of times, the employee seems unsure how to input the allergy. Another time I was served breaded chicken by mistake. These are easily corrected and wouldn’t make me stop coming here, but some extra diligence is a good idea.
I always stop by here when I’m in DFW. Didn’t see the review below before I came but I did ask the employee if the fries were fried separately and explained that I had celiac and she said the fries were fried separately and marked gluten allergy on the order. Had grilled nuggets, fries, and a milkshake. Usually I get the grilled chicken club w/ a gf bun which is good too. Solid option in a pinch.
Three members of our family are extremely sensitive and had no problems after eating here. We confirmed that the fries are prepared in a dedicated fryer. We all ordered the grilled nuggets and were very happy to have a hot meal with no reaction. The food was tasty and the Chick-fil-A sauce is gluten free as well.
