My son (celiac) was glutened by this location yesterday. Ordered 12 count grilled nuggets, fries, sweet tea, a ranch sauce and a Polynesian sauce. We did not inform them of gluten “allergy” at the time I ordered because I used the mobile app and could not find a place to enter the information.

This location is always accommodating! Our family eats here regularly without issue!
Ordered sandwich with no bun, label on box said no multi grain bun... sandwich came on a bun.
Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.

Asked for seperate bag and changing of gloves. Did not follow directions tried to tell me it was fine. No it’s not fine. Got irritated with me when I asked for it to be remade..
We had a grilled sandwhich on a gf bun. We also had grilled chicken nuggets. Cashier was eager to flag it as an allergy and really helpful. Didn’t get sick at all (my husband is super sensitive to cross contamination).

So, I tried their grilled chicken sandwich after I was newly Celiac diagnosed. The bread was disgusting. Gave it a 2nd try a few weeks later with their grilled "nuggets". BLUCK!
