Review


There were no measures taken to prevent cross-contamination, but I’ve never had an issue with it. I am not celiac, but I am allergic to gluten. I usually always get the grilled chicken sandwich with a gluten free bun and no tomato, with french fries, honey roasted barbecue sauce, and honey mustard. The service is always great here and the wait is very short in the drive-thru.

Staff member (Jane) very knowledgeable about GF and instructed kitchen to put on fresh gloves without me asking, after she found out I am celiac. Quite a few items GF and the GF bun came sealed In its own bag, with the grilled chicken in a separate container. The fries were also said to be GF. I was able to eat the whole meal and feel good after.

One of the few fast food places we feel safe eating at. They mark your order for gluten-free and they will change gloves when preparing. Dedicated frier. And they bag food separately if there are items that are not gluten-free.

I get the grilled chicken nuggets and fries quite often and have never had issues. Chick-fil-A is a must!

While the staff says they maintain a dedicated fryer, they are not very understanding of GF. The grilled chicken and nuggets come in plain and are marinaded in a marinade that contains gluten. At most locations the kitchen staff leaves some chicken without the marinade to be used when a customer cannot have gluten. However at this location they decide to marinade it all at once, thus making the chicken unsafe for Celiacs. It frustrates me because I have been to many locations around the country that very easily accommodate this. Whats the point of a gluten free bun if my chicken won’t be gluten free too?
