Found breaded chicken in my breakfast bowl even after specifying a gluten allergy.

Within the past year, I’ve been glutened by the fries twice at this location. I don’t think they take pre-caution here with cooking the fries in a separate fryer.

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.
I attempted to order food to dine in. My son has Celiac Diesease. We often choose Chick-fil-a so he can have a grilled chicken kids meal with no marinade. We ask that gloves be changed so there is no cross contamination. I was rudely snapped at for even requesting the grilled nuggets without marinade. I was told "we don't do that here ....it's impossible" I replied that we go to Phillipsburg all the time and they do it. She yelled "No" at me. I told them to cancel my order. I only wanted to feed my son who was hungry. He cannot have gluten as it is poison to a person with celiac. We left and went next door to Five Guys who were happy to accommodate my family. I am greatly disappointed that your restaurant would treat a family this way. I will be sure to share my experience with my local Celiac Support Group

We used to eat here often, however my daughter and I were recently cross contaminated here. I've also overheard the manager say the workers only needed to change gloves when another manager was there. Not acceptable for someone with Celiac!!
My daughter eats the fries, hash browns, and chicken grillers without any issues.
I've changed my review on this. I believe ive been glutened from the fries twice, even though they are supposed to be gf and cooked in their own fryer, but perhaps they are not cooked like that. I haven't asked them yet. I do know that I can eat the grilled chicken salad fine though
Yes
The multi grain GF bun is a 9 in the gluten free world. I got the grilled chicken club and waffle fries. Both taste really good and so far so good on contamination.

I have eaten here many times. I have found Chick-fil-A to be a very good gluten-free venue, however, If you have Celiac disease you must tell the cashier that the order is an allergy. Most places will automatically assume that GF is a diet preference and not use safe handling. They are trained in allergy handling and this is what they look for when working.

This Chick-fil-A is one of my favorite fast food restaurants in the area since it has a gluten-free menu.
This establishment offer grilled nuggets, grilled filets, gluten-free buns, lettuce wraps, french fries (made in their own fryer), fruit, kale salad, and other larger salads which you have the option of putting grilled nuggets on and customizing to your liking.
The cashier will communicate to the kitchen if you tell them you have a gluten allergy by having the kitchen team member change their gloves.

As a celiac I would definitely not recommend this location! I also have DH and got an awful rash after eating here. I would give it a zero safety rating if that was an option. Should have known it wasn’t safe when I was handed my food and asked if it was gluten free and he didn’t know. Most likely haven’t trained the staff about cross contamination. I assumed better from chick fil a. Your meal and service was definitely not my pleasure.

The staff warned against ordering even the grilled chicken and waffle fries because of cross-contamination. They offered me potato chips - LOL! 🤷🏼♀
