I've had good luck here. They have a dedicated fryer so I can have French fries and grilled chicken sandwich on gf bun.
I love that chick fil a has so many gluten free options. I have had wonderful luck when dining in and telling them of my celiac disease and having them flag my order to change gloves. However, in the drive thru, when I say to flag it I never see it flagged on my receipt. I plan to share this feedback with the manager to ensure it’s being taken seriously both in the store and drive thru because it’s amazing to be able to eat such yummy gluten free fries!!!!! :)

Chick-fil-A offers gluten free grilled chicken nuggets and many locations have dedicated fryers for fries. Check with your location if cross-contamination is a concern for you.

The naked chicken nuggets are my favorite. The staff was pretty knowledgeable on cross contamination.

I eat here about twice per month. Grilled nuggets, fries, kale salad, diet lemonade. Never have had a problem.
Fast service and I followed the websites suggestions. I got a Kale crunch side salad and 8 nuggets. I appear fine.
about a week ago i ate here and got my usual - grilled nuggets, fries, and frosted lemonade. i’ve eaten this meal multiple times a week for months and never had an issue, but this time i think i got cross contaminated. i experienced stomach cramping that night and itchy skin for the next day or two. this was the only thing i had eaten all day long. i did order through the app and didn’t have the chance to disclose my allergy, though, so that was my mistake. this is the only negative experience ive had at this location since going gluten free.
Grilled chicken is safe, GF Bun available & the waffle fries are in their own dedicated fryer.
