The wood fire chicken is completely gluten free and is not cross contaminated with gluten products. The cutting board it is cut on only touches chicken. Where you have to be careful is the sides. Since each side sits so close to each other, there can be dripping of gluten products into GF sides. The first time I went I had rice and beans and the tomato salad and my stomach hurt a little bit. Next time I went, I just got the chicken and no sides, and was completely fine. Very doable for celiac disease, but just have to be careful!
— Not very
— No gluten-free information on the menu
No specific gluten free menu and I have to admit I did not even ask about the ingredients. I decided to take a chance based on a TripAdvisor review from another GF eater and recommendation from a family member who is also GF. I had the wood-roasted chicken (pretty sure the jerk chicken is not GF but the wood-roasted was fine). For sides I had rice and pea (red beans and rice) and the garlic herb potatoes.Everything was delicious. We got takeout for a family of 12 and had a dinner picnic on the beach. It was awesome! I had no symptoms after eating here.
