I went a few months ago and the food was delicious and they clarified that most things including the soy sauce were gluten free and they took care to avoid cross contact.

I have eaten here a bunch of times already with no issues. The workers are very careful and checked the ingredients and labels of everything when I asked. Everything gluten-free is labeled. Most of their sauces are gluten-free except 1 or 2.
I get the hainan chicken with ginger scallion oil! Super yummy!
