Update: I came here with a friend for an event. I was starving so I decided to ask about gf options. The menu used to have gf labels, but those are gone, so I dove into my questions with the employee I was speaking with. He assured me I would be ok and he would check on everything. Long story short - he checked on nothing, and not only was my order wrong, but another employee was able to verify that the SALAD I ordered was not gf. I will never attempt to eat here ever again. The lack of information is just not safe.
I used to love this place, but they no longer have a dedicated fryer for the fries, so I’m less likely to return. Their grilled chicken sandwich is the best in my opinion, but after having to pay $2 extra for a gf bun, and now $2 more for an “upgraded” gluten free side (since I can’t have the fries that are included with the meal)… I just have a really hard time justifying a $17 chicken sandwich. The safest side option is probably the broccolini, but it’s quite spicy and my kids won’t touch it, leaving me with no side option for them. Management told us they get too busy on weekends to keep a separate fryer for fries, which is why they’ve changed their practices.
UPDATE: Sad to hear they no longer have a dedicated fryer. :(
Fun place! Huge, lots of seating, indoor and outdoor accommodations. Modern feel.
I’ll be returning. :)
Food and service, both great!
I had the chipotle chicken bowl. It’s was really good, but HEAVY on the heat. They used fresh jalapeños and didn’t remove the seeds. A staff member noticed that I was struggling with something and inquired. He then brought some sour cream out, to tame the heat a bit. It worked well and I ate almost the whole thing. So good. My hubby isn’t gf, so he got the pulled pork sandwich and fries. He said it was delicious. It looked good!
I recommend giving it a try, especially on a nice day. It was raining today, so we we’re indoors. There’s also a rooftop area, we’ll check that out next time.
Pretty good amount of gluten free options. Food is great. Their online menu isn’t marked with gluten free options, but the menu where you order in person is. I have added photos.
Update: 5/23 - they have updated their menu. Added new photos
Update 7/23: Some items have been removed from being labeled GF, but still some shareables, sides, and GF buns available. Best advice is to call or see their updated menu in person as it keeps changing and is only available at the counter
They mark what is gluten free on their main menu on the wall. Their servers are also knowledgeable. I have celiac and I have eaten multiple times without getting sick. The Tostadas, deviled eggs, burger (with Udi’s bun) and Pickled Chicken Sandwich (with Udi’s bun) are all GF and good. They have many other GF items too. Such a fun place. Highly recommend.
