The carryout menu notates which chicken salads are gluten free. I have eaten in with a gf wrap and have also walked in to get prepackaged chicken salads to grab and go (and eat at home with crackers). The broccoli salad is also gf. No issues in my end!
My friend got her food right away. I finally asked whete mine was. A glitch in the system lost mine. I think they rushed mine so no measures were taken to prevent cross contamination. This after I asked questions because I have celiac. I was fine for a couple of hours then I started coughing and I now feel like crap.

We really enjoy grabbing Chicken Salad Chick when we are out shopping at Trader Joe's. We get the quick chicks to take home and whenever I tell them I have celiac disease, they assure me that they mark it as an "allergy" and wash hands and change gloves. They scoop from separate containers as well. Our favorite flavors are the Fruity Fran and Buffalo Barclay.
Tons of GF options. Food was good. Service even better. Didn't ask about cross contaimation, but safe is gluten aware. Would definitely go back.
They asked if I had an allergy and said they'd change gloves. Produced a big list of allergens and were patient about it. Delicious chicken. Ample parking. I'm terms of soup, only the tortilla soup and tomato bisque can be GF, and those are rotate in and out depending on the day.
Really yummy food! They took proper precautions and I felt very safe.
All of their chicken flavors are GF. The sides get a lot more limited, but I was able to get the chicken tortilla soup. The manager confirmed it was GF with no tortilla strips toppings, so I ordered the soup without those.
