Most of their chicken salads are gluten free and I’ve never had an issue. I am usually traveling so I take in my own crackers. They cleaned the prep area and fixed my meal before my husbands.

This location is SO thoughtful about cross contamination. I wish they would offer GF crackers and the GF version of the sugar cookie they include with the meals. Not too much mayo, great flavors. I bring my own crackers.
They asked if I had an allergy and said they'd change gloves. Produced a big list of allergens and were patient about it.
Have a gluten free menu. Able to eat several chicken salad options. I trust the pre-made ones in the fridge the most. Rather than just a scoop for the meal. They do serve regular crackers, but they are pre-packaged and I just ask them not to add it.
Chicken salad, salads, sides and soups. Menu is marked with gluten free and vegan items- which nearly the entire menu is gluten free!
The carryout menu notates which chicken salads are gluten free. I have eaten in with a gf wrap and have also walked in to get prepackaged chicken salads to grab and go (and eat at home with crackers). The broccoli salad is also gf. No issues in my end!
