Called about gluten-free options but the person answering didn't seem to know what gluten was and had to be prompted to ask someone else. Manager couldn't be bothered to come to the phone, instead passed tiny bits of information at a time through the person who had answered the phone. Clearly they were clueless and even the manager didn't care about taking care of me and my party of eleven.
They now have a gluten free menu on the kiosk. The waitress was very helpful and assured that the cook would prepare my dish separately. However, my food came out on the same tray as everyone else's food. They are not very knowledgeable but safe when not busy. I did not get sick. Watch out for any of their corn chips or corn tortillas. They are not fried in a dedicated fryer.
The fajitas were good. The chips and salsa are gluten free!! They have a menu that identifies the top 8 allergens for each item. The staff is knowledgeable about allergies.
I got the margarita grilled chicken, and a water with lemon. The margarita grilled chicken was so incredible and completely gluten-free, I am not sure if stuff was marked gluten-free on the menu, and I do not know if they hand out a gluten-free menu at the restaurant, but there is a gluten-free menu online.
I got the half rack of ribs with house bbq and loaded potato soup. It came with another side so I asked for the mac and cheese (to give to my sister) and requested that it not touch the other food. We got our meals and the mac and cheese was in a cup on its own (great!) but they also gave me fries which were all over my ribs. They do not have a dedicated fryer so there is a high chance of cross contamination. They screwed up my mom’s order too and she doesn’t have allergies, so I don’t think this is the place to go if you need your food done right. I didn’t get sick, but if you are sensitive, id probably go somewhere else. The potato soup was really good!
