We had a very good meal here!! I ate some of the chips and salsa and then had the mango chicken with street corn. Both were delicious and I only experienced a little reaction- probably minor cross contamination. All three dining partners are non celiac and enjoyed their meals

We get sick EVERY time we eat there. Never again.

Just a heads up.. the updated online gf menu and the electronic gf menu at the table aren't accurate. Be sure and have the waiter check with kitchen manager. Both menus said chips and fries are gf but luckily our waiter knew better and confirmed with kitchen manager that they are not gf.. likely because of how they are cooked. Our waiter would get 5 stars but Chilis carelessness with menu gets a 1...

We go here often with no issues. Fryer is not safe so no chips or fries, but the staff is very good and careful.
The ribs and corn fajitas are very gluten friendly and the loaded mashed potatoes are delicious and safe. No dedicated fryer.

Passing through Rockwell on a trip to Nashville and Chili’s was the only place that felt suitable to eat. Told the waitress I was recently diagnosed as celiac and she took the time to listen and write down any needs. Had the brisket burger without the bun and the tortilla soup without the chips. Great service!

Excellent burgers and loaded mashed potatoes. I've eaten at chili's a few times. Never had an issue with gluten. Had a bunless bacon burger. Very good.

Love Chili’s! One of my favorite go to GF restaurants. Their GF menu is online so you have to look it up on your phone which is not the most convenient but they do have lots of options available. I’ve been here successfully a number of times. Although you do have to watch out for the chips which are fried in a shared fryer so are subject to cross-contamination. I ate them successfully twice but the third time was bad news. Live and learn. It won’t stop me from going back because they do take my requests to change gloves make sure that my food is prepared in a safe manner to avoid cross-contamination seriously and that is greatly appreciated.

Waitress was very rude and unhelpful. I ended up paying for my drinks And leaving because I didn’t trust a thing that came out of this kitchen. Basically everything is either contaminated or she was too lazy to check.
