This restaurant has a gf menu. The staff is not knowledgeable about gluten free. As they state on their menu, the chance of cross contamination is possible and that is very true! I ordered the Fresh Mex bowl without tortilla strips and got the Fresh Mex bowl with about 4 tortilla strips mixed in with the rest of the food. I am sure the staff has not been trained in trying to prevent cross contamination. If you have a gluten sensitivity don't take a chance ! I won't eat here again.

The allergen information can be found on the tablets. My celiac partner and I had no issue eating here after we informed the serves of our allergies. Food was not bad.

My family and I love chilis. The kiosk really helps incase you get a new server who might not be very knowledgeable about the menu.

Chili's always surprises me. I order the three for me meal with hamburger (no bun no butter, as I'm df too). And get the side of corn, no butter, instead of fries ( cross contamination)
